When it comes to mascots, Quinn is terrified. Fang at the TimberRattlers stadium, The giant purple monkey at Monkey Joes...you name the mascot and Quinn is freaked out. When we heard that Veggie Tales Live was coming to our church. We took the risk. We thought that it might be a GIGANTIC disaster. Quinn likes Veggie Tales...but that might not be enough to overcome his fear of oversized furry things.
We sat in the very back row in case of a melt down. However, what happened next surprised us all. Quinn stared at the show, unfazed by the giant furry things in front of him. He smiled, he sang along, he even danced in the aisles.
While I'm pretty sure he's still scared of mascots, we made it through the night! Quinn love it and Clay slept right through it. It's a good thing we didn't have to buy him a ticket.
