Fun in WI
We spent an afternoon at Funset Boulevard with the kids. Apparently, it brought the kid out in all of us. Video games, DDR, and air hockey, thousands of tickets later....the girls got to bring home some colorful stuffed monkeys.
Grandpa braved the carousel with Quinn and Kaelyn. Grandpa held on the to kids and Quinn held on to Kaelyn for dear life.
Another afternoon at the Children's Museum. We learned about boogers and poop at the Grossology exhibit.
And what would Wisconsin be without sledding.
A very special visit.
Chris, Amanda, Bailey, and Kaelyn came home to Wisconsin from Oregon over Christmas vacation. We celebrated Great Grandma Golden's birthday.
Kaelyn was quite the little helper....snuggling, diaper changes, she wanted to be a little mommy.
Not exactly what my mom meant when she said I needed my nails done.
A day with the Six Sexy Singing Sopranos...minus a few...
My mom's best girl friends (the Six Sexy Singing Sopranos....minus one) came over for her birthday. Auntie Wendy could come....it's pretty hard to get to Appleton from Germany.
Auntie Janice took care of getting everything recorded.
Auntie Rachel strapped me into my chair so I could eat with the girls. Auntie T brought baked oatmeal to go with mom's quiche. That's what I call a lunch.
What better beverage for oatmeal and quiche? Mom....do these come with milk? I don't feel like waiting till naptime.
Pierre was a little unhappy to have other sock monkeys in the house. He thinks he runs the show.
He warmed up to the idea after a little while.

Once upon a time, there was a Daddy and a Quinn.
Daddy and Quinn enjoyed special manly bonding....mama, do you mind? This is man time.
Tonight's topic is about speed skating techniques...even though skating is a long way off.

Nothing like a little light reading before bed.
